We operate NHS services across the North East, North West and Yorkshire.
About the Role
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our team at West Cornforth Medical Centre in Ferryhill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe and effective patient care
- Supporting chronic disease management and diabetes care
- Conducting first contact and telephone triage
- Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative colleagues
About You
- Qualified Practice Nurse with at least two years’ experience
- Background in primary care and long-term conditions (desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to patient care
