Join our amazing team at our residential service in Deeping St James, rated Good by CQC. We support 5 adults with dual sensory complex needs, including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.
This is a permanent role with contracts available for 17.5, 18.5, 20 or 20.5 hours per week.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will help the people we support live varied and active lives. They enjoy being out and about, taking part in activities, and staying busy. Company vehicles are available to take them to community activities.
Shifts are varied and typically include:
- Weekdays: 7am to 4.30/5pm, or 3.30/4.30pm to 10pm
 - Weekends: 7am to 2.30pm, or 2.30pm to 10pm
 
You will be expected to work every other weekend. Flexibility is essential to provide this valuable service.
If you live outside Deeping St James, you will need your own vehicle to reach the service for early and late shifts due to limited public transport.
This role may also include regular sleep-in shifts, paid at £50 per night. (Sleep-ins mean staying overnight at the residence, with the possibility of waking up to provide care if needed.)

 - Supporting medication and wellbeing

 - Encouraging social activities and nightlife
